One of South London's best-kept secrets tucked amidst the beautiful community gardens of the square, the Café has been open since the early 80's when it was started as a squat Café to provide a good cheap meal for the community.

Info:  In the north Lake District, just 8 miles from Keswick & 5 miles from Cockermouth we are in prime walking & cycling country. We are also just across the road from Bassenthwaite Sailing club. Car & cycle parking available.

Our gorgeous Edwardian semi-detached house with it's spectacular views across Bassenthwaite Lake to Skiddaw has two comfortable double rooms available to let. One is a spacious en-suite with views over the garden and countryside and the other has a fantastic view over the lake and a bathroom across the landing. Both rooms have digital colour TVs and tea/coffee making facillities.

Breakfast will be served in front of our bay window as the sun rises over the lake and mountains (weather permitting!). Evening meals, packed lunches and special diets on request.

Drying facilities available for wet coats & boots.

Copper Restaurant  (County Down)

Info:  Located in the Beautiful seaside town of Warrenpoint, Copper Restaurant opened on the 1st of December 2004. Owned by Chef Neil Bradley and Manager Sarah Meaney, we make everything we serve in our own kitchen using the best local produce available. Our naturally reared beef and pork are from the nearby Narrow Water Castle Farm, literally a 10 minute walk from the restaurant, our fish is bought straight off the boat at Kilkeel Harbour and our herbs & vegetables come from Lurganconary Organic Farm in Kilkeel. Copper serves exciting and original dishes in a warm friendly atmosphere decorated by local artists and complimented with a fine drink and wine selection and friendly service.

A recent addition to the Copper family is Copper Cafe at Bagenal’s Castle in Newry, open for breakfast, lunch and great coffees all made to Copper’s exacting standards.
