Info:  Our delicious, richly flavoured organic meat is well hung to enhance its quality and tenderness.

We supply a full range of organic meat: beef, lamb, pork and chicken (as well as Christmas turkeys). It is professionally butchered and carefully packed in boxes that ensures it reaches you in perfect condition. You can choose your own selection of cuts or one of our regular boxes, which offer exceptionally good value.

All the meat is reared on our own farm, or on those of a small group of local organic farmers with whom we work closely. We think it is important that you know exactly where your meat comes from.

Linscombe Farm

Info:  We aim to provide the best possible seasonal produce to local people who care about what they eat and where it comes from. We do not aim to compete with supermarkets by trading bought in, imported or exotic produce. If we can grow it we do and if we can’t, we don’t sell it. Perhaps uniquely, all the vegetables that we supply are grown by ourselves so you can be 100% confident in the origin of your vegetables. Linscombe Farm has been certified organic by the Soil Association for the last 12 years.

Info:  The Riverford Meat Box is available in three different sizes, small, medium and large, to suit different household requirements. Our small box will feed two; our medium is tailored to suit a family with young children; and our large for a household with teenagers. Box contents change fortnightly to offer variety and we include a free taster in every box - a culinary gesture from us to you. We also include an informative newsletter which includes full-blown recipes and a meal planner so you'll have plenty of ideas of what to do with the contents.

Wholesome Food Association

Info:  Local food grown with Nature in mind. The WFA local symbol scheme is a low-cost, 'grassroots' alternative to organic certification for people who are growing or producing food for sale in their local region. If you are producing food according to WFA principles (and are prepared to sign a pledge to that effect), and if you are selling it locally, if you are prepared to uphold the WFA's 'open gate' policy, it will cost you only £27 a year to affiliate with us and use our symbol.

(NB: The WFA is a non-profit organization. If you are not producing food yourself, but you simply like what we are doing and want to help us promote it, you might consider becoming one of our official WFA Supporters for £18 a year).
