South Devon Chilli Farm

Info:  The South Devon Chilli Farm started in 2003 and has grown steadily to the point where we now grow over 10,000 chilli plants every year and harvest tons of fresh chillies which we sell fresh or use in our range of chilli sauces, preserves and chilli chocolate.

Stokeley Farm Shop

Info:  Produce from our own Stokeley Farm is supplemented where possible by other local producers with local meats now served from Ken Durrant Butchers own department within the shop.

Taverners Farm Shop

Info:  A working farm today - the Taverners have been farming for four generations with dairy cows, sheep, beef and chickens. Taverner's Farm is home to Pedigree South Devons, referred to as Orange Elephants because of their large size, long faces and rusty coloured coats.

Wallace's Farm Shop

Info:  Our Farm Shop and Restaurant specialise in high quality homemade foods. We have won awards for our Pork Pies, soups, Terrines and of course our now famous Freerange Pork sausages. In our shop we showcase a huge range of fresh local produce to compliment the outstanding quality and range available on our butchery.

Wholesome Food Association

Info:  Local food grown with Nature in mind. The WFA local symbol scheme is a low-cost, 'grassroots' alternative to organic certification for people who are growing or producing food for sale in their local region. If you are producing food according to WFA principles (and are prepared to sign a pledge to that effect), and if you are selling it locally, if you are prepared to uphold the WFA's 'open gate' policy, it will cost you only £27 a year to affiliate with us and use our symbol.

(NB: The WFA is a non-profit organization. If you are not producing food yourself, but you simply like what we are doing and want to help us promote it, you might consider becoming one of our official WFA Supporters for £18 a year).
